Океан выше всяких похвал при любой погоде! Из 14 дней моего пребывания в отеле, 11 - "праздник живота", но потом по непонятной для меня причине разом пропали креветки, сыры с плесенью, хамон и другие деликатесы. Порадовали размеры бунгало, но уж очень конкретно мой номер нуждался в косметическом ремонте. В магазине при отеле продают кубинский кофе в зернах, больше нигде ни в Гаване, ни на Варадеро не встретился, только молотый. Большое спасибо специалистам "горячей линии" Booking, помогли решить вопрос с неисправным кондиционером, связавшись с администрацией отеля, но 2 ночи мне пришлось спать в "сауне". В бунгало рядом с ночным клубом очень шумно, проблематично заснуть до поздней ночи. Отель для студентов, семей с детьми и пенсионеров, для них там Рай!

"Comida péssima e de baixa qualidade, bebidas péssimas, todos..."
Comida péssima e de baixa qualidade, bebidas péssimas, todos os bares do hotel ficaram 1 noite inteira sem gelo. Atendimento muito ruim e desinteressado, piscina pequena para o tamanho do hotel, péssimas condições de limpeza, não há água quente no hotel e nosso quarto estava infestado de insetos... alem disso, em caso de chuva as áreas comuns do hotel alagam... fujam!!

« Un trop grand hôtel à l'abandon »
-La plage est très proche et il est possible d'avoir des boissons même sur la plage. -Possibilité de boire ou manger presque tout le temps. Quand le buffet est fermé, il est toujours possible d'avoir des plats simples au bar près de la piscine. -Animations du soir assez sympa -Chambre grande (double standard) -Point d'infos Cubanacan à l'entrée de l'hôtel pour organiser des excursions en dehors de l'hôtel. Un bus "Varadero Beach Tour" à 5cuc/jour passe régulièrement devant l'hôtel et permet d'aller facilement partout à Varadero.
-Climatisation : Impossible d'adapter la puissance de la climatisation qui reste bloquée à la puissance maximum (en faisant beaucoup de bruit), et impossible également d'éteindre la climatisation. En signalant le problème à la réception, on me répond que c'est "normal", la seule possibilité pour éteindre la climatisation est de retirer la carte du lecteur à l'entrée de la chambre, ce qui coupe toute l'alimentation électrique de la chambre (lumière et prises électriques). -Sécurité de la piscine : en ne restant que deux jours, j'ai assisté à trois début de noyade, à chaque fois, la personne a dû être secourue par un autre client car il n'y a aucun surveillant. La troisième personne, évanouie tête vers le bas dans la piscine a été sortie de la piscine et réanimée par d'autres clients. Les sauveteurs, alertés, ne sont arrivés qu'une dizaine de minutes plus tard sans trop se presser. -Circulation dans l'hôtel : à notre arrivée à l'hôtel, après enregistrement, personne n'a daigné nous guider jusqu'à notre chambre. Nous n'avons eu pour nous guider qu'un schéma de l'hôtel. Il nous a fallu beaucoup de temps à la trouver car la chambre (bloc 8) est très loin du patio : il faut d'abord monter 1 étage en ascenseur, puis marcher près de 250m à travers des couloirs déserts (salles de conférences inutilisées notamment) glauques éclairés par des néons apparents... et monter deux étages à pieds (interdiction d'utiliser l'ascenseur malgré la mention dans la réservation que la chambre est accessible par ascenseur. -Problèmes salle de bain : le jour de notre arrivée, le tuyau sous l'évier de la salle de bain fuyait, et il était impossible de relever le bouchon de l'évier.

les pâtisseries excellentes, le buffet était très garni et on avait un grand choix.
j'ai pas apprécié que l'on ai deux lits au lieu d'un grand lit que nous avions commandé sur le site. c'est dommage. sinon, nous avons passé un bon séjour.
